The Junker & Halverscheid Group of Companies is made up from the two production companies Junker & Halverscheid Formenbau (1974) and JuHa Kunststoffverarbeitung (1983).
Both companies are managed by their personally liable partners. They operate independently from each other.
The Group of Companies manufactures injection moulds, which are used to produce technically demanding parts from thermoplastics, silicones and multiple component assemblies. Parts are produced in large batches for various sectors of industry, in particular for the automotive industry. As a certified systems supplier we have build up a staff of about 200, all highly qualified, to run the production with machinery that is up to the state of technical development today. We operate out of our registered place of business in Luedenscheid (NRW), which is located in the Freisenberg industrial zone, near motorway A 45 (Lüdenscheid Nord).
We supply „all from a single source“: starting with engineering support all along the project development and transformation of your product ideas in moulds, which are optimised for production, going as far as the production of component parts and sub-assemblies under controlled conditions in compliance with current quality standards and your specific requirements.
We are proud of our respectable output of:- almost 15 million parts per day
- more then 3.5 billion parts per year
Customer orders may be transmitted to us via standard EDI.
A BDE system has been installed in all divisions of the operation to support the production. Production orders are planned online and the necessary information is transferred to the machines, as required. Volumes, cycle times, performance indicators and need for maintenance are also reported online to the person in charge.
